Welcome to the “2020 Move It” Fitness Challenge with 7 complimentary workouts starting Wednesday April 22nd.

As the outbreak of the COVID 19 virus started to grow in January 2020, my friend and colleague, Lana Asuchak and I decided to take our fitness business online.

With the variety of activities we are offering, you can pick and choose or do them all. We hope that you’ll have bags of fun keeping fit from the comfort of your own home during these unprecedented times.
