Program Details


Personal Training is a great way to ‘jump start’ your road to improved fitness.  Workouts can be tailored to each client’s specific requirements on an on-going basis allowing for goals to change and develop.

Begin with a consultation to discuss your options, and let us inspire and motivate you to reach your full potential.  Energy Motion Mechanics also offers nutritional consultations to help make your diet work for you.

Personal Training Sessions will be approximately 45 mins – 1 h

Partner or semi-private sessions are also offered as well as small group training (3-4 people).

All clients will be required to fill out an online PAR-Q questionnaire.

Energy Motion Mechanics is based in Lakeview, SW Calgary.
